Where does my writing save?
Drafts save on your iPhone after you pause and when you leave the app. Tap the document title to see your documents. There is no Typewriter cloud account or sync service.
How do I keep a copy elsewhere?
Open the three-dot writing menu and choose Copy or Share. Choose the app or service where you want to keep the text. Keep a separate copy before removing Typewriter or changing phones.
How do I change the theme, sound or language?
Open Settings with the sliders key at the top of the page. Swipe through the stickers and tap one to select it. Use English, Polski or Deutsch to choose the keyboard layout. The interface remains in English.
Why can I not hear or feel the keys?
Turn on Sound or Feel in Settings and try the test key at the upper right. Sound respects Silent Mode and device volume. Haptics depend on your device and system settings. The Simulator does not reproduce physical haptics.
How do I move the cursor?
Tap the page to place the cursor. Hold the space bar still for about half a second, then slide your finger to move it. Release your finger to type normally again.
What should I do after a storage warning?
Do not remove the app. If the text is still readable, use Copy or Share to keep a separate copy. Free device storage and try Retry. You can open another readable document from the document list without replacing the failed file.
Can I use this keyboard in other apps?
No. Typewriter's keyboard is part of its own writing workspace. It does not install a system keyboard extension.
